Rosa's Bridal Tea Party Desserts

This week I was privileged to make desserts for my Fairy God Mother. Her name is Rosa and she is a very special person. She has been a constant supporter and promoter. I wanted to wish Rosa and Michael the very best. Here is to a long and wonderful marriage!

They celebrated this special event at The Tuxedo Club in Tuxedo Park, New York. It was a pleasure making these desserts for her and her family and friends to enjoy. What was offered was an assortment of bite size sweets that consisted of the following:

  1. Coconut-Lime Macaroons dipped in Dark Chocolate

  2. Apricot French Macaroons

  3. Strawberry French Macaroons

  4. Chocolate Mousse Cups topped with a sprinkle of White Chocolate, Strawberry Powder and White Chocolate Decoration

  5. Raspberry Éclairs

  6. Fresh Berry Fruit Tarts

  7. Chocolate-Hazelnut Finacier

  8. Lemon Financier

  9. Orange Financier

  10. Trio of Vanilla Cup Cakes
