Do you ship baked goods?
No. We only bake for local clients.  We are based in Bergen County, NJ. Most of our customers have been refered to us by word-of-mouth. The web site was created primarily per their request.
Can we walk in and buy items off the shelf?
No. Because we are a made-to-order bakery, we do not pre-bake any of our items. Our main objective is to provide the freshest possible baked goods using the highest quality products within a reasonable amount of time. Below is a time schedule for some of our more popular requests:
2 DAYS
Cookies, donuts, muffins, loaf cakes, and straight dough breads

 

5 DAYS

Cakes, pies,and seasonal holiday breads
 
2 WEEKS
Specialty Cake, fondant cakes, artisan breads
Special Occasion and Wedding Cakes
Plated desserts and party platters
These suggested dates may change depending on the size, amounts, varieties, as well as the decorative design elements of the cake. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to discus your order, especially during the holiday seasons.
How do I know what size cake to order?
Are you a nut free bakery?
No, in part because we will bake almost anything requested. However we follow ServSafe standards in our kitchen and it is throughly cleaned and sanitized between each order.
Do you offer gluten free, vegan, eggless, or sugar substitute goods?
Yes. Since we offer made-to-order baked goods, we will do our best to meet your needs. We will disclose the ingredients used in our products. Or you can supply us with your favorite recipe to duplicate.
