Ian's Challenge - April's Dessert
April’s dessert is a composition of Green Tea Cake atop a Maraschino Cherry White Chocolate Crème Anglaise spotted with rehydrated dried cherry pieces. It is topped with Coconut Caviar and Black Sesame Seeds, garnished with a wedge of Candied Orange.
The individual flavors come together and surprisingly echo those of an Orange Creamsicle. The black sesame seeds add a nutty finish to the piece.
