Ian's Challenge - October - The Dessert

This dessert entails a simple Devil’s Food cupcake topped with a White Chocolate Ganache flavored with a touch pumpkin pie spice and fresh orange zest. It sits atop several streaks of Caramel Sauce and a few drops of Roasted Pear Gel. The flavors were inspired by the season.
